GUEST ACCESS Check-in is completely self-service, so you can arrive on your own schedule after 4:00 PM. Before your stay you'll receive two codes: one to get into the building and one for the condo door. No meeting anyone, no picking up keys, no waiting around. You'll have the entire penthouse to yourself: all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, living, and dining areas, and the in-unit laundry. As a guest of the building, you also have access to the shared fitness room and game room. Checkout is by 10:00 AM.

We keep things simple so everyone has a great stay. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, and we ask that you keep it to that maximum. Please treat the space, and your neighbors, with care: this is a residential building, so no parties or events, and please keep noise down during evening quiet hours. No smoking anywhere inside the condo or building. For everyone's safety, note there are exterior security cameras on the property, plus smoke and carbon monoxide alarms inside.
